Whether it’s relationships (with parents, partner, boss, colleagues or friends), mental or physical health related issues, finances, or your own spiritual journey, the session with her would help you navigate your current path and find your optimal potential. You can bring any spiritual or psychological topic that troubles, confuses, or interests you. You may also learn breathwork, shake-it-up & other powerful and life-changing technique during this session.

The steps involved in my psychology counselling would vary depending on the therapeutic approach and the specific needs of the client.
Each session would be a WhatsApp audio/video 1hr session. Once in a week. Number of sessions needed would depend on assessment.
Expectations from client : COMMITMENT in terms of time, homework & payment.
